About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage SP&S deals from a contracting and commercial perspective throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Provide commercial and contractual leadership and direction throughout the entire deal life-cycle.
- Develop practical and innovative ways to identify & mitigate contract risk.
- Support bid teams in proposal development, risk management, scope definition, pricing and incentives, and customer communications.
- Manage commercial and contractual related aspects of non-complex projects during the execution phase.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific contractual administration requirements.
- Provide advice and assistance to cross-functional teams on contractual matters.
- Control overall project risk and opportunity review and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Business or related experience.
- Be fluent in English.
- Understanding of key contractual and commercial risks and areas for opportunity and ability to lead project risk review process and assessments.
- Negotiating Skills: To secure favorable outcomes, having the flexibility to understand and negotiate alternative contractual and commercial positions with customers (subject to approval).
- Commercial acumen and business understanding
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Effective Team player.
- Be willing to travel.
