About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and 3D modeling of mechanical components for aeroderivative turbines (e.g., compressors, combustors, cooling systems)
- Perform structural and thermal analyses (FEM, CFD) to validate design robustness and reliability
- Prepare technical specifications, manufacturing drawings, and design documentation
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to support product industrialization
- Provide technical support during assembly, testing, and commissioning phases
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ASME, API, ISO) and apply best design practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Energy Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design of turbomachinery or high-temperature/high-pressure components
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., NX, Creo, CATIA) and simulation tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Fluent)
- Knowledge of high-performance materials (superalloys, ceramics, thermal coatings)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
