Key responsibilities & impact

Perform installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products
Diagnostics of machinery malfunctions using condition monitoring tools
Engagement to improve technical skills through learning programs
Select and use criteria to assess machinery faults
Timely completion of service reports and administrative requirements
React to customer required travel promptly
Handle diverse clients in the region including Brazil
Complete Documentation of findings/recommendations
Professionally communicate with customers and team members
Perform Asset Management/Reliability Service Studies
Assess job site Safety and perform services as per Bently Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies
Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
Support growth initiatives of the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

College Degree, preferably in electrical or mechanical fields
Field Engineer Program certification
Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English
Self-starter with minimal supervision required
Ability to prioritize and organize work
Ability to pass a background screening and drug test
Ability to transverse around and over industrial piping and equipment
>10 years of experience with Bently Nevada products preferred
Maintenance & Reliability Background in Power Generation, Oil and Gas production, refining or petrochemical plants desirable
Sales Force / ServiceMax knowledge desirable
SAP knowledge desirable
