About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and manage strategic supplier partnerships for subsea valves and critical components, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives, technology roadmaps, and project delivery requirements
- Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of Long-Term Agreements (LTAs), frame agreements, and partnership models with key suppliers to secure capacity, cost competitiveness, and risk mitigation
- Structure agreements to include pricing mechanisms, capacity commitments, lead-time guarantees, quality expectations, and continuous improvement targets
- Drive collaborative supplier engagement models (early supplier involvement, design-to-cost, VA/VE initiatives) to enhance value beyond transactional sourcing
- Ensure all strategic agreements support total cost of ownership (TCO), lifecycle cost optimization, and supply chain resilience
- Maintain governance of LTAs, including performance tracking, compliance monitoring, and periodic renegotiation aligned to market conditions and business demand
- Acting as the commercial owner of key supplier relationships, ensuring proactive alignment on forecast demand, technology capability, and long-term development plans
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Sourcing).
