About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assessing supplier capabilities through remote or onsite QMS and manufacturing process audits
Monitoring supplier quality KPIs and risk scorecards, using quality data to determine re-evaluation requirements and improvement actions
Managing supplier corrective action requests and where needed engaging with suppliers to mentor them with RCA investigations and help determine effective corrective actions resulting from product non-conformances
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the OFSE portfolio of Product Lines to resolve supplier caused problems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a Technical discipline, or have equivalent industry experience.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
Be available to travel approximately 30% if the time to suppliers domestically and across the European region.
Be someone who can solve diverse and complex problems
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Effective problem identification and solution skills.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
