About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams
Observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients
Play a vital role in developing the Venezuelan market
Work closely with the local and regional teams in a customer facing position
Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a specific geographic area in Venezuela
Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally
Handling key business unit clients
Coordinating a sales business unit with cross functional network
Direct involvement in medium-large sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Engineering or relevant field experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales
Reside in or have a willingness to reside in Venezuela
Proven experience as people leader
Experience of 5-10 years with turbomachinery core products and its associated auxiliaries
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
