About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Developing and leading end‑to‑end logistics solutions
- Leading RFQs/RFPs, negotiating contracts, rates, and agreements with logistics providers
- Managing relationships for ocean freight forwarders and logistics service providers
- Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers for logistics services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with logistics providers
- Analyzing logistics costs and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process optimization
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes through accurate cost analysis
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in logistics
- Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in logistics, sourcing, or supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience in sourcing processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation
- Knowledge of global logistics operations, freight forwarding, and transportation management
