About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop proposals
- Negotiate with customers
- Ensure deals deliver shareholder value
- Drive competitive pricing
- Include compiling and submitting required tender documentation
- Oversee a small-mid team, consisting of Commercial Professionals and early career professionals
- Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
- Uphold the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures
- Promote the business value propositions of BH to customers and internal stakeholders
- Validate risk and reward balance
- Manage complex commercial processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders
- Handle diverse clients and commercial processes in North America and Latin America region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rotating equipment for Gas industry business
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in Sales and Commercial Roles (Preferred)
- English proficiency is mandatory
- Know that HSE, compliance and quality are each employee’s personal responsibility
- Ability to influence others and lead various-sized teams
- Proven leadership ability
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong Rotating Gas Technology equipment background
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
- Ability to manage several medium-to-high profile projects simultaneously
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Experience with Commercial Tools, analytical systems and platforms like Deal Machine, BPM, ROP, OBP, Oracle
