About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop proposals
  • Negotiate with customers
  • Ensure deals deliver shareholder value
  • Drive competitive pricing
  • Include compiling and submitting required tender documentation
  • Oversee a small-mid team, consisting of Commercial Professionals and early career professionals
  • Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used
  • Uphold the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures
  • Promote the business value propositions of BH to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Validate risk and reward balance
  • Manage complex commercial processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders
  • Handle diverse clients and commercial processes in North America and Latin America region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in rotating equipment for Gas industry business
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in Sales and Commercial Roles (Preferred)
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  • Know that HSE, compliance and quality are each employee’s personal responsibility
  • Ability to influence others and lead various-sized teams
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Rotating Gas Technology equipment background
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to manage several medium-to-high profile projects simultaneously
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Experience with Commercial Tools, analytical systems and platforms like Deal Machine, BPM, ROP, OBP, Oracle
