About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary point of contact for the client to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution of service-related requests
Maintain strong knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, including their configurations and installations
Serve as a direct access point to internal functions required to support the client
Establish and maintain relationships to ensure ongoing technical and commercial support for clients within a defined area
Collaborate with operational unit teams, under supervision or as part of technical information exchanges
Manage simple project processes with clear guidelines and interfaces requiring a limited technical level
Manage a portfolio of targeted clients with predefined contracts and conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent Bac/BT or GED)
Have proven experience in services
Have confirmed experience in a professional customer service role
Knowledge of systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce is a plus
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate autonomy and problem-solving abilities
