About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end execution of field service operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of ALS services to customers
  • Own job execution, field performance, and operational P&L, while coordinating across sales, engineering, supply chain, and field teams
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in line with company non-negotiables and cultural pillars
  • Collaborate with sales and commercial teams and interact with customers to understand activity forecasts, volume, and complexity
  • Ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources aligned with operational requirements
  • Develop and implement quality plans in line with job cycle processes
  • Ensure teams understand contract and quotation requirements to support accurate execution and revenue realization
  • Monitor and manage budgets and Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned area
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Support the development of team members through training, competency programs, and career progression planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience in operations, services, or related fields
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Good understanding of service delivery, operations planning, and customer engagement
