About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end proposal development lifecycle
  • Supporting sales teams in winning new business and expanding existing accounts
  • Leading the complete proposal lifecycle: RFP/RFI/RFQ analysis, solutioning, content creation, submission, and follow-ups
  • Developing high-quality, customized proposals aligned with client requirements and business strategy
  • Ensuring all submissions are compliant, timely, and tailored to maximize win probability
  • Partnering with sales teams to shape deal strategies and value propositions, competitive positioning
  • Supporting executive summaries with presentations and client discussions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Product teams)
  • Managing approvals, reviews, and sign-offs
  • Continuously enhancing response quality based on market trends and feedback
  • Analyzing bid outcomes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Contributing to prices and conditions based on predefined contract price frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in sales and commercial in oil & gas or oilfield services industry (Pressure Pumping)
  • Have extensive experience in tender preparation
  • Be a natural, proactive communicator with good customer service skills
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be able to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Have an organized approach to problem solving with good analytical skills
