About the role

  • Partner with all relevant BH teams to support, coordinate and lead activities in connection with strategic projects, funding initiatives and associations.
  • Complete BH positioning through partnerships, leading activities to explore, setup and manage cooperation and partnerships.
  • Provide input to define value proposition from a technical and economic standpoint toward end-users.
  • Work directly with customers and in coordination with the sales team to position and promote Baker Hughes Hydrogen technologies, solutions and services.
  • Identify the best technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional support for budget proposals and qualification with customers.
  • Interact in early stages of project development to generate demand and increase market penetration, building a long-term pipeline of opportunities.
  • Manage project resources to ensure projects are delivered within timescales and budget and per program plans.
  • Identify risks linked to each project and set up and execute required mitigation activities.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited technical university.
  • Have relevant customer interface experience, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have in depth experience in key areas for turbomachinery technologies: selection, design, packaging, operation/service.
  • Have an Application engineer background is preferred.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in the energy industry especially in hydrogen.
  • Able to demonstrate experience on Customer scouting and engagement, Project Management, Innovation, Business Development, Strategy.
  • Be commercially savvy, aptitude for building relationships, understanding of customer requirements and market conditions, ability to negotiate to find win-win solutions.
  • Live in country (role described as "Full Time Regular, live in country").
