About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver SSA contract services.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and contract service team, ensuring clear communication, contract adherence, and smooth information flow.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, operational standards, performance metrics, and financial requirements.
  • Collaborate with regional service teams to uncover new opportunities, expand existing contracts, and design tailored service solutions.
  • Oversee quarterly site safety reviews and team training in alignment with Bently Nevada/Baker Hughes HSE policies.
  • Manage contracts across diverse industries, including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Pulp & Paper.
  • Complete financial and operational deliverables on time, including proof-of-delivery, milestone tracking, scheduling, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Have At least 3 years of experience in project or contract management within oil & gas or power generation.
  • Have Willingness to travel up to 30% and work overtime as needed.
  • Have Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Have Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a TWIC card.
  • Have Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Have Ability to perform under pressure, prioritize effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Have Familiarity with rotating machinery operations and control systems.
  • Have Knowledge of machinery protection and management systems.
  • Have Experience with Bently Nevada products and services.
  • Have Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and guide small teams.
  • Have Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives of moderate scope.
  • Have Skilled in problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
  • Have Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Have Proficiency in hardware/software troubleshooting and MS Office applications.
  • Have Hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
  • Have Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and prints.
  • Have Knowledge of reciprocating compressors and networking devices/protocols.
