About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide commercial legal advice and support to the IET Segment
- Provide legal support for customer contracts and activities
- Deliver legal advice on strategic initiatives, partnerships, and business initiatives
- Deliver training and advice to support legal and compliance teams
- Oversee commercial activities of IET in Europe
- Support development of tools and templates for business growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Possess law degree from an accredited university or law school
- Have been admitted to a European Bar
- Impressive knowledge and experience negotiating complex commercial contracts and transactions
- Deep project management skills and process improvement skills
- Demonstrated leadership in interacting with cross-functional teams
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Significant experience in a similar role providing legal counsel (in-house or at a law firm)
