About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitating Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coaching teams on Scrum and Agile best practices, adapted for data and AI delivery
- Removing impediments and managing dependencies across teams and stakeholders
- Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and sprint execution
- Tracking and reporting Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, flow) using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Supporting Agile maturity and scaling across multiple Data & AI teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience, with 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile role
- Have experience working with Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML, or Digital teams using tools like DataBricks and visualization tools like PowerBI, ThoughtSpot or equivalent
- Have hands-on experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent)
- Have strong Agile and Scrum knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
- Have excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Have an understanding of the data and AI delivery lifecycle
- Have an analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
- Have a servant leadership and team-focused approach
- Have certifications (Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
