Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–8+ years of experience in integrated solutions marketing or B2B marketing roles
- Proven experience supporting complex product, service, or solutions launches
- Strong understanding of industrial markets, especially power generation and power infrastructure
- Ability to translate technical content into compelling, customer‑centric value narratives
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
- Ability to connect the dots across multiple stakeholders and act as a strategic integrator
