About the role
- Defining and executing project sourcing strategies to improve competitiveness in integrated project tenders
- Establishing and managing contracts with key suppliers and strategic partners across the region
- Partnering with Sales and Commercial teams to anticipate future 3PV needs and develop proactive sourcing plans
- Negotiating contracts, partnerships, and consortium agreements to meet commercial and financial targets
- Monitoring third‑party vendor performance throughout the project lifecycle
- Supporting global project sourcing activities and sharing best practices across regions
- Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align sourcing activities with QHSE and ISC standards
- Driving cost improvement initiatives through engineered solutions and process optimization
Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Have a master’s degree as an added advantage
- Have proven years of experience in sourcing, sales, or commercial roles
- Have a proven track record of leading complex negotiations
- Have strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Have in‑depth knowledge of contract negotiation, project management, and cost planning
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
