About the role
- Lead early-stage supplier evaluations focusing on quality, organisational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigation
- Lead and manage technical assessments of new parts, supported by Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers (supplier development)
- Manage supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance and audits (supplier management)
- Ensure strong communication between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery and responsiveness
Requirements
- Solid background in supplier quality and continuous improvement in industrial or energy sectors
- Hands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systems
- Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college OR high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality
- Be able to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Customer offices or site plants
- English fluent
