About the role
- Support our global commercial team by managing complex agreements and mitigating contractual risks
- Lead contract negotiations, guide cross‑functional teams, and provide key contractual support throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive contract excellence by negotiating, drafting, and managing complex commercial agreements
- Oversee contracts from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth handover and effective administration
- Redline and negotiate agreements while collaborating with teams to deliver optimized solutions
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and coordinate multi‑stakeholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with commercial risk procedures and provide clear contract interpretation
- Lead proposal and contract activities, liaising with internal functions
Requirements
- Holding a bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Supply Chain
- Strong expertise in redlining, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial contracts under German and UK law
- Managing commercial contracts and complex tenders in corporate or law‑firm environments
- Collaborating effectively across cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams
- Managing multiple commercial opportunities to successful completion
- Communicating fluently in German and English (oral and written)
- Utilizing Opportunity & Risk tools (e.g., Deal Machine), the Office 365 Suite, and CLM platforms such as DocuSign, Icertis, and Conga
