About the role

  • Developing, owning and driving a strategic sales account plans to drive digital product and service revenue growth across Region and Product Segment.
  • Engaging with ‘C’ level and key customer personas to promote the Digital Well Construction portfolio.
  • Being a Trusted Advisor and Customer Champion, establishing partnership relationships with key clients.
  • Introducing technical sales representative and sales support teams for deep technical dives and understanding of the solutions.
  • Leading efforts to establish and expand market share, own pipeline planning, creation and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align digital offerings with market demands and communicate value propositions effectively
  • Working with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.

Requirements

  • Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Experience with Software/SaaS Account Sales.
  • Possess knowledge of Well Construction, Drilling, Remote Monitoring, or Performance Optimization
  • Possess knowledge of financial, competitor, upstream environment.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
