About the role
- Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for existing and/or key account(s).
- Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers and opportunities.
- Creating detailed and application specific technical Drill Bit proposals.
- Handling diverse clients in assigned region and area.
Requirements
- Have extensive working experience in Oilfield Services as an Account Sales and/or Engineer with in-depth technical knowledge in Drill Bits.
- Be fluent in English both oral and written with excellent all-round communication skills.
- Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have an ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
