About the role
- Working on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations
- Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching, and mentoring and on-the job-learning to create opportunities for career acceleration
- Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes
- Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders
- Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field, and have graduated within the past three years or be expected to graduate in 2026.
- Have a maximum three years’ work experience post-degree
- Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills
- Be geographically mobile (locations vary)
- Demonstrate experience and a passion for supply chain operations
- Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions (all regions)
