About the role
- Owning Bently Nevada orders annual plan for the assigned territory while meeting quarterly and annual orders commitment and sales metrics such as cash and receivables.
- Building customer relationships at different levels for the purpose of business development and sales.
- Developing customer strategies, marketing campaign plans, conducting sales presentations and generating new opportunities and promoting new products and solutions.
- Driving aggressive growth targets and addressing volume and timing.
- Developing consultant’s awareness and knowledge on key Bently Nevada technologies and working with them on specifications.
- Demonstrating commercial and technical expertise in specific market and lead opportunity planning.
- Owning regional future planning and forecasting for Bently Nevada in the region specified.
- Driving cross-functional coordination with the commercial operations, services, engineering, and project management teams.
Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Have 8+ years of experience.
- Have strong communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English.
- Have strong customer-focused skills.
- Have the Capability of hosting / facilitating discussion at meetings.
