About the role

  • Advising and representing Baker Hughes on workplace law issues.
  • Managing labor and employment litigations, conducting investigations, and exploring resolution options.
  • Supporting internal HR teams and providing guidance on employment legal matters.
  • Specializing in laws and regulations affecting employees, including benefits and human rights.
  • Providing guidance in union negotiations and employee relations matters.
  • Advising managers on approaches and procedures in their field.
  • Handling communication about problem-solving methods and leading medium-sized projects.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in legal.
  • Have valid admission to local legal bar exam.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment for SSA.
  • Have prior experience in house or in a law firm.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Have excellent project management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
