About the role
- Advising and representing Baker Hughes on workplace law issues.
- Managing labor and employment litigations, conducting investigations, and exploring resolution options.
- Supporting internal HR teams and providing guidance on employment legal matters.
- Specializing in laws and regulations affecting employees, including benefits and human rights.
- Providing guidance in union negotiations and employee relations matters.
- Advising managers on approaches and procedures in their field.
- Handling communication about problem-solving methods and leading medium-sized projects.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in legal.
- Have valid admission to local legal bar exam.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment for SSA.
- Have prior experience in house or in a law firm.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Have excellent project management skills.
- Fluency in English.
