About the role

  • Responsible for design, development, delivery, and measurement of applicable training programs
  • Works directly with leaders and SMEs to define skill or knowledge gaps
  • Proposes realistic solutions to improve performance where training is the appropriate approach
  • Assists with development of video-based microlearning efforts
  • Uses engaging facilitation skills to successfully deliver technical and/or soft skills programs

Requirements

  • 5 years or more of related training experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus
  • Extensive experience with use of Microsoft products such as: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate written content, is required
