About the role
- Responsible for design, development, delivery, and measurement of applicable training programs
- Works directly with leaders and SMEs to define skill or knowledge gaps
- Proposes realistic solutions to improve performance where training is the appropriate approach
- Assists with development of video-based microlearning efforts
- Uses engaging facilitation skills to successfully deliver technical and/or soft skills programs
Requirements
- 5 years or more of related training experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Learning, or Education is a plus
- Extensive experience with use of Microsoft products such as: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with ability to translate written content, is required
