About the role
- Design and develop responsive, conversion-focused websites using Webflow, including custom HTML/CSS enhancements when needed.
- Create compelling visual designs that align with direct-response marketing strategies.
- Develop complete visual identities, including graphics, illustrations, icons, and other brand assets.
- Apply UX/UI best practices to optimize user journeys and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and media buyers to create cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Create landing pages, sales funnels, and campaign-specific websites that perform seamlessly across all devices.
- Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance engagement.
- Produce diverse visual assets beyond web layouts (infographics, social media graphics, email templates, presentations, etc.).
- Ensure all designs are optimized for performance and accessibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects.
- Proven experience with direct-response marketing design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code integration).
- Strong HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Ability to create complete visual assets beyond web design.
- Solid grasp of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
