Senior Manager, Food and Beverage

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee the daily operations of dining outlets, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Collaborate with other Food and Beverage managers to ensure all dining venues operate at peak efficiency
- Lead, train, and supervise associates, manage scheduling and payroll, and uphold high standards of guest service
- Drive service excellence by monitoring food quality, service delivery, and guest satisfaction
- Manage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and revenue performance to achieve financial objectives
- Partner with culinary, events, and hotel operations teams to support group business, seasonal programming, menu development, and execution of guest needs
- Analyze business trends, forecast operational needs, and implement strategies for efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and sanitation standards, and all applicable operating procedures
