About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during event planning and execution
- Coordinate all event details including meeting space, catering, and logistics
- Work with Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct pre-conference meetings and communicate event requirements to hotel teams
- Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
- Monitor event budgets and support cost-effective execution
- Resolve client concerns professionally before, during, and after events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in managing events, conferences, and special gatherings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Proficiency in hotel systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
