About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during event planning and execution
Coordinate all event details including meeting space, catering, and logistics
Work with Sales, Food & Beverage, and Operations to ensure seamless execution
Conduct pre-conference meetings and communicate event requirements to hotel teams
Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and organization
Monitor event budgets and support cost-effective execution
Resolve client concerns professionally before, during, and after events

Experience in managing events, conferences, and special gatherings
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
