About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively solicit, qualify, and secure group and catering business to achieve individual and hotel revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Respond promptly to catering and group sales inquiries, preparing proposals, contracts, and customized event solutions
- Conduct site tours, client meetings, sales calls, and networking activities to promote the hotel and expand market presence
- Partner closely with Event Management and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences
