About the role

  • Lead & Inspire
  • Guide, coach, and develop F&B supervisors, banquet captains and frontline associates

  • Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED + 4 years of F&B or hospitality experience OR Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality or related field + 2 years of experience
  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
