Food and Beverage Manager
Bagel & CoFood & Beverage Manager responsible for leading daily operations and guest experiences at The Westin Nashville. Overseeing F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, and room service.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead & Inspire
- Guide, coach, and develop F&B supervisors, banquet captains and frontline associates
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
- Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and energy
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
- Ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to guest feedback and concerns
- Set clear service standards aligned with the Westin brand
- Drive Operations
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
- Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Support banquet execution to ensure seamless and memorable events
- Manage Performance & Financials
- Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
- Use guest satisfaction data (AOS/GSS) to drive continuous improvement
- Develop Your Team
- Train, mentor, and support associates to grow their skills and careers
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Create a positive, engaging work environment focused on learning
- Collaborate & Communicate
- Partner with hotel leadership to align on goals and strategy
- Maintain strong communication through meetings, logs, and daily touchpoints
- Promote an open-door, fair, and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED + 4 years of F&B or hospitality experience OR Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality or related field + 2 years of experience
- Strong leadership and team development abilities
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
