About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational/commercial roles nationwide
Monitor employees' probationary periods
Track HR metrics such as SLA, turnover, and headcount (HC)
Conduct exit interviews
Prepare initial operational hiring processes
Support leaders on people management matters
Participate in employee climate, engagement, and development projects
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Experience with end-to-end recruitment and selection, preferably handling high-volume hiring
Experience analyzing HR metrics
Familiarity with recruitment platforms/ATS
Strong organizational skills and a clear sense of priorities
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Easy access to Barra da Tijuca – RJ
