About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation and updating of commercial reports for franchises and company-owned stores;
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards and tracking charts in Excel;
Interface with internal teams (commercial, operations, finance and marketing) to support execution of strategic planning;
Track and monitor commercial performance indicators (KPIs);
Assist in calculating and analyzing results and store team performance;
Provide support in managing and updating commercial platforms and systems;
Provide analytical support to the store team, contributing to decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field;
Strong analytical skills and business-critical thinking;
Proactive, organized and with good planning ability;
Advanced Office skills, with a focus on Excel;
Knowledge of SQL and/or VBA will be considered a differential.
