About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, implement, and monitor branding strategies aligned with Bagaggio's positioning, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints;
  • Monitor and analyze brand perception in the market and among consumers, recommending improvements and new strategic directions;
  • Own the brand's visual identity, ensuring correct application across campaigns, promotional materials, packaging, point of sale (POS), website, and social media;
  • Lead the conceptualization and creative direction of institutional and promotional campaigns, aligned with the brand's strategic objectives;
  • Plan and coordinate photo shoots and content productions that reinforce branding and enhance brand perception;
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with brands and other partners that contribute to strengthening Bagaggio's image;
  • Manage the branding department budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and tracking KPIs and campaign results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Design Technology (or equivalent);
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in branding;
  • Easy access to Barra da Tijuca (Rio de Janeiro).
