About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Bagaggio’s customer relationship and retention strategy
- Work in an integrated way between e-commerce and our network of physical stores
- Be responsible for turning customer database insights into revenue, with autonomy to propose, prioritize and measure lifecycle initiatives
- Define the communication cadence (email, SMS, push and WhatsApp), covering the entire customer lifecycle
- Own the customer base intelligence: purchase behavior analyses, recency and frequency, average ticket and product mix, identifying revenue opportunities by segment
- Monitor the evolution of the active customer base (new, recurring, recovered and inactive customers), diagnosing movements and proposing action plans
- Track and report CRM KPIs (influenced revenue, conversion, engagement, churn, LTV), with visibility by channel, region and store
- Work closely with store teams and regional managers to drive CRM adoption in physical retail (capturing registrations, activating sales associates, store-level performance)
- Support the company’s phygital strategy by following initiatives such as infinite shelf and seller code, ensuring correct sales attribution and store engagement in these areas
- Build dashboards and executive presentations for leadership, providing analytical insights and actionable recommendations
- Plan CRM campaigns aligned to the commercial calendar, in partnership with media and e-commerce teams, guiding the support team’s execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience in CRM, preferably in retail or e-commerce
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel required
- SQL and GA4 are relevant pluses
- Experience with database segmentation, lifecycle cadences and measuring influenced revenue
- Hands-on, analytical profile with autonomy to lead projects and present results to leadership
- Differentiators:
- Experience in omnichannel operations (physical stores + digital)
- Knowledge of VTEX and BI tools
- Experience training or engaging store teams in CRM initiatives
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Between 2 and 4 years of experience in the area.
