About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Active outbound prospecting of leads via phone, email, and social media
- Research and identification of potential clients within the ICP
- Sending cold emails and personalized messages
- Making cold calls to create opportunities
- Qualifying leads based on criteria (pain points, budget, timing, fit)
- Scheduling meetings for the sales team (closers)
- Following up with leads who have not responded or are in early-stage negotiations
- Recording and updating information in the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce)
- Organizing and managing the lead pipeline
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience or interest in B2B sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and analytical profile
- Ease with negotiation and interpersonal relationship building
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with CRM and sales routines is a plus
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Public Relations, or related fields
