About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Active outbound prospecting of leads via phone, email, and social media
  • Research and identification of potential clients within the ICP
  • Sending cold emails and personalized messages
  • Making cold calls to create opportunities
  • Qualifying leads based on criteria (pain points, budget, timing, fit)
  • Scheduling meetings for the sales team (closers)
  • Following up with leads who have not responded or are in early-stage negotiations
  • Recording and updating information in the CRM (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Organizing and managing the lead pipeline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience or interest in B2B sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and analytical profile
  • Ease with negotiation and interpersonal relationship building
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales routines is a plus
