About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute and monitor campaigns with paid influencers and UGC creators;
- Prospect, select and negotiate with influencers aligned with the brand's positioning;
- Manage contracts, briefs, deadlines and content deliveries;
- Track campaign performance (KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversion, sales and ROI);
- Organize a creators and UGC content library for use in paid media and the brand's channels;
- Work in partnership with the social media and branding teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
- Previous experience in influencer marketing;
- Experience with paid influencers and/or UGC;
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of metrics and results analysis;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
