About the role

  • Support in processing the monthly payroll (calculating earnings, deductions, contributions and reconciliations);
  • Review of statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF);
  • Generation and verification of reports and payslips;
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits;
  • Support in submitting information to eSocial;
  • Organization and management of department documents;
  • Assistance to ensure compliance with statutory reporting and legal deadlines.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, HR Management or Accounting;
  • Easy access/ability to commute to Barra da Tijuca;
