Payroll Assistant — HR Department

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in processing the monthly payroll (calculating earnings, deductions, contributions and reconciliations);
- Review of statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF);
- Generation and verification of reports and payslips;
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits;
- Support in submitting information to eSocial;
- Organization and management of department documents;
- Assistance to ensure compliance with statutory reporting and legal deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, HR Management or Accounting;
- Easy access/ability to commute to Barra da Tijuca;
