About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Film and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
- Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues, and daily life in Berlin
- Participate in talking-head videos and voiceovers
- Develop short, fun, aesthetic-first videos for Gen-Z
- Research and curate activities
- Upload and schedule Reels, Stories, and Posts
- Engage with the community via comments, replies, and DMs
- Track content performance and suggest ideas to grow the following
- Write short texts in German and English for social media, emails, and announcements
- Support occasional copywriting for the website, platform updates, and promotional materials
- Take ownership of projects that drive engagement and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student enrolled in a study program requiring a mandatory internship
- Berlin-based
- Eye for aesthetics
- Comfortable being on camera, including recording talking-head videos
- Basic smartphone photography and video skills; iPhone sufficient
- Proactive, hands-on startup mindset and openness to trying new things
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
