About the role

  • Content Creation
  • Shoot and edit content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Capture baesh events, user experiences, partner venues and everyday life in Berlin
  • Produce talking‑head videos and voiceovers
  • Develop short, fun, aesthetic‑first videos for Gen Z
  • Social Media Management
  • Regularly upload and schedule content (Reels, Stories, Posts)
  • Community engagement via comments, replies and DMs
  • Track performance and develop new ideas to grow followers
  • Creative Leadership & Brand Consistency
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and content quality across channels
  • Write short copy (EN/DE) for social media, emails and promo materials
  • Team & Creator Management
  • Lead future content interns
  • Build and manage relationships with external creators, influencers, and UGC creators

Requirements

  • Berlin-based: You know the culture, vibes and the events that matter.
  • Proven content experience and an eye for aesthetics
  • Comfortable being on camera (e.g., for talking‑head videos)
  • Solid video and photo skills (professional equipment a plus, but iPhone is fine)
  • Startup mindset: proactive, hands‑on and open to new things
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
