  • Ensure seamless integration of partner events and content onto our platform
  • Manage a team
  • Lead and mentor community interns to ensure they contribute effectively to outreach, engagement, and content

Requirements

  • Based in Berlin: You know the culture, vibes, and events that matter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Content-creation mindset: You see social media as a powerful tool, not a chore.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: You don't wait for tasks — you create opportunities and take full ownership of your role.
  • Preferred qualifications: A background in event management, communications, marketing, or sales is preferred but not required.
  • Passion for or experience in sales — you understand how to build partnerships and close deals.
  • B2B drive: You're passionate about developing business relationships and convincing companies to partner with baesh.
  • Proven experience building or managing communities (professional or personal projects).
  • Social media savvy — familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Gen Z trends.
