About the role

  • Launch and manage TikTok Shop storefronts (product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates)
  • Optimize product listings for visibility, SEO, and conversions
  • Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, tools, and algorithm changes
  • Assist with sourcing, recruiting, and managing TikTok creators and affiliates
  • Help onboard creators and guide them on product knowledge and content expectations
  • Track campaign performance using UTM links, dashboards, and analytics platforms
  • Collaborate with creators to produce native TikTok content (UGC, reviews, promo videos)
  • Support seasonal launches, promotional pushes, and TikTok live events
  • Help coordinate content calendars aligned with campaign goals
  • Monitor KPIs including sales, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS, and creator performance
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve campaigns
  • Identify top-performing creators, content formats, and tactics to scale
  • Assist with backend product setup: uploads, tagging, and data alignment
  • Ensure product data is consistent across Shopify and TikTok Shop

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in eCommerce, TikTok Shop, affiliate/creator marketing, or Shopify operations
  • Familiar with tools like TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopify, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or affiliate platforms
  • A strong understanding of TikTok culture, UGC trends, and social commerce
  • Organized, proactive, and excellent at managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a global team
