Licensed Mental Health Therapist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide 15–22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults throughout Kentucky.
- Conducting comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Providing evidence-based individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary care team
- Completing timely, accurate clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR)
- Supporting families through education, collaboration, and coordinated care
Requirements
What you’ll need- An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families—or a passion for serving this population
- The ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
