About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together
- Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
- Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
- Experience with children, teens, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred, not just a nice-to-have
- Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
