About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You'll carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
- Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
- You build the schedule. We handle the referrals and admin.
- Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together.
- Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
- Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT or LCSW
- Experience with children, teens, and families (or a strong interest in this population)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
- Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
