About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You'll carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week, providing individual and family therapy via telehealth.
Most of our clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM), with weekend availability a plus.
You build the schedule. We handle the referrals and admin.
Conduct assessments and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team — therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists working together.
Maintain timely documentation in our EHR.
Support families with education and care coordination, not just the child in the room.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT or LCSW
Experience with children, teens, and families (or a strong interest in this population)
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
Committed to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
