About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide individual and family therapy via secure telehealth
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and clinical team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Support families with education and care coordination
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Arizona license (LPC, LCSW)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, and families
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
