About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, defining vision and roadmap, leading discovery, and delivering high-quality features from concept through launch and iteration
Conduct customer and market research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to uncover user needs, identify market opportunities, and shape product strategy
Translate insights and complex problems into clear product requirements, PRDs, and measurable success criteria
Make difficult product tradeoff decisions using data-driven analysis, balancing user priorities and technical constraints
Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decisions, iterate based on real-world performance and feedback, and drive continuous improvement
Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to ship high-quality features on schedule
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Support to ensure successful product launches and adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, consumer software, or cloud services
Ownership-first mindset with the ability to take initiative, move quickly, and figure things out
Ability to communicate clearly at different levels, including engaging with customers and driving alignment with senior stakeholders
Comfort working in ambiguity and making data-informed decisions with imperfect information
Strong analytical and prioritization skills, with the ability to separate must-haves from nice-to-haves
Proven success in owning product roadmaps, defining MVPs, and driving the full product lifecycle
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of product prioritization frameworks and experience building products that deliver measurable value to customers
Experience working in agile development environments and with tools such as Jira
