About the role
- Design, build, and optimize complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and nurture streams within HubSpot.
- Contribute to the definition, management, and optimization of the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead scoring, routing, and segmentation processes to ensure alignment with Sales and RevOps.
- Actively manage and support the maintenance and optimization of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot) and its critical integrations with the CRM and other MarTech tools.
- Contribute to maintaining the health and quality of our marketing database, supporting data governance and best practices across all systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with GTM Analytics to ensure proper tracking and instrumentation for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in the development of operational reports and dashboards within HubSpot and collaborate on reporting needs from platforms like Tableau and Salesforce to provide timely performance metrics, informing campaign optimization and strategic decisions.
- Continuously evaluate and support the streamlining of marketing operations processes to maximize efficiency and scale our capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a dedicated Marketing Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience as an administrator and power user of HubSpot, including workflows, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems architecture, data flows, and best practices.
- Experience with multiple MA platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and database migration is a strong asset.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on marketing funnel performance, campaign performance, and translating raw data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to align systems and processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey technical processes and data requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Sharp attention to detail and a highly proactive, organized approach to managing multiple projects and interdependent deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
