About the role
- Own the measurement of customer satisfaction across all care channels.
- Build and maintain rigorous evaluation frameworks for AI-powered care tools.
- Translate care contact patterns into product root-cause insights.
- Develop seller-facing performance analytics to help marketplace partners meet quality standards.
- Partner with Product and Care Operations to design and evaluate experiments.
Requirements
- Strong SQL proficiency and comfort working with large, complex datasets.
- A rigorous analytical mindset.
- A track record of operating at Staff or domain-owner level.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing operations domain.
- Nice to have: Experience designing experiments in operational contexts, Familiarity with customer care platforms, Proficiency in Python for advanced statistical work.
