Developer Experience: Build and improve the full toolchain (from local development to production), making it seamless for backend, frontend, mobile, and data engineers.

Requirements
Technical Excellence: You possess deep expertise in Python, Bash, or Go, and have a strong command of infrastructure tools such as Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS). You bring proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining robust, scalable developer platforms, and are comfortable working across both backend and frontend frameworks.
DevOps Mindset: You’re passionate about automation, developer productivity, and modern release engineering.
Leadership & Collaboration: You inspire others, lead by example, and thrive in cross-functional teams. You help teams adopt new tools and best practices with empathy and conviction.
