Sales Manager – Field Sales (Distribution)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your focus: building and actively developing existing partner relationships
- Conducting on-site product trainings and sales activities
- Identifying and leveraging market and growth potential within your territory
- Planning and participating in trade shows, customer events and industry functions
- Independently managing sales revenue and budget
- Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management and Marketing
- You are close to the customer, spot opportunities and turn them into business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in trade/distribution
- Industry experience in a technical environment (e.g., electrical wholesaling, industrial sector, skilled trades)
- Strong sales drive and enthusiasm
- Hands-on mentality – you are a doer and tackle tasks proactively
- High level of initiative and self-organization (a proactive “go-getter” attitude)
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner with customers
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
