About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Your focus: building and actively developing existing partner relationships
  • Conducting on-site product trainings and sales activities
  • Identifying and leveraging market and growth potential within your territory
  • Planning and participating in trade shows, customer events and industry functions
  • Independently managing sales revenue and budget
  • Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management and Marketing
  • You are close to the customer, spot opportunities and turn them into business.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in trade/distribution
  • Industry experience in a technical environment (e.g., electrical wholesaling, industrial sector, skilled trades)
  • Strong sales drive and enthusiasm
  • Hands-on mentality – you are a doer and tackle tasks proactively
  • High level of initiative and self-organization (a proactive “go-getter” attitude)
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner with customers
  • Valid driver’s license (Class B)
